Wolontariat & Praca społeczna

  • Od 1973 jestem  czynną uczestniczką Programu 12-stu Kroków, Nadal uczęszczam w 2-3 spotkaniach tygodniowo, aby uczyć się czegoś nowego. 

  • Przez 7.5 roku byłam czynnym członkiem zarządu “Domu Doktora Boba” (Dr. Bob’s House) w Akron, Ohio

  • Jestem Przewodnikiem Historii ruchu AA i AL-Anon w Akron

  • Często prowadzę i uczestniczę w warsztatach Zasad 12-stu Kroków

  • Od 1974 udzielam się społecznie w wielu miejscowych instytucjach (International Institute, University of Akron, …i inne)

  • I have been an active participant in the 12 Step Program since 1973. I still attend 2-3 meetings a week, to learn something new.

  • For 7.5 years I was an active member of the Board of Trustees at Dr. Bob's Home in Akron, Ohio

  • Since 1992, I provide information and conduct guided tours of the AA/Al-Anon Historical places  in Akron

  • I lead and participated in numerous 12-Step Program workshops

  • After moving to Akron in 1974, I have been volunteering in several local institutions (International Institute, EACH, University of Akron, …. to name the few)

  • Mężowi Tage H. za 30-ci lat trzeźwości, miłość, szacunek, bezgraniczne zaufanie i wsparcie duchowe w dobrych czasach i trudnych chwilach (dniach... tygodniach);

  • Programowi 12-Kroków za “mapę drogową” na życie,

  • Każdej osobie która mnie kochała, ignorowała lub nie bardzo lubiła – byliście mi potrzebni do wprowadzenia w praktykę 4-ch Absolutów: Miłości, Bezinteresowności, Czystości (zamiaru I celu), i Uczciwości.  Wam najbardziej za to dziękuję.

  • Adoptive parents, Wanda and Leon Bielawski, for their family-home, faith, independence, truthfulness and self-esteem;

  • Country of Poland (then People's Republic) for the Orphanage in Bialystok, and excellent education - at Maria Skłodowska-Curie High School in Warsaw and at the University of Warsaw;

  • Polish People in Poland and abroad for the gift of heroism, patriotism and perseverance.

  • My husband Tage H. for 30 years of sobriety, love, respect, boundless trust, and spiritual support in good times and difficult times (days ... weeks);

  • The 12-Step Program for a "road map" for life,

  • And every person who liked me, ignored me, or disliked me – I've needed you to put into practice the 4 Absolutes: Love, Unselfishness, Purity (intention and purpose), and Honesty. And I thank you for that the most
